Our wedding day, January 18, 1986. We got married in the French Quarter at the Olivier House in New Orleans, Lousiana. It was a simple wedding in the parlor. My father married us and Dennis' dad was the best man. The reception was in the courtyard with lots of New Orleans food and the Jazz Band from Arnaud's Restaurant. We stayed at Nottingway Plantation on our wedding night. A true southern-style wedding!

your wedding sounds so beautiful, with your father marrying you... just perfect. I love the thought of the jazz band too, probably because i have all these wonderful images of america and a jazz band in New Orleans is something i would love to see. Btw, i also love Britney Spears and she's from Lousiana, so that's cool too ;p
